Chris Mann’s professional journey post-Lotus has landed her squarely and happily in the equine
industry as a business consultant and life coach to equestrians, veterinarians, owners and
trainers. In 1997, Chris became attracted to the sport of hunter/jumper riding, and became
a serious student of the sport.
Her desire to get deeper into the equine world sparked the idea to bring her business
performance coaching and consulting expertise to equine professionals. Chris has recently
partnered with the Equine Management Program @ Cornell in an economic development initiative
to help equine professionals grow their businesses. She is a sought after speaker for a variety
of equine associations on the topic of creating business plans and accomplishing objectives.
Chris also works individually with equine professionals who wish to improve their performance
in their sport or occupation. You can visit Chris’ website at www.christinemann.net.
When Chris isn’t "horsing around" she consults to businesses on developing leaders,
building teams and creating high performance organizations. Her business website
is http://www.randoripartners.com.
Chris worked at Lotus 1987-1995 as an Organization Development Consultant assigned to
the Software Development Group in Cambridge. She also designed and delivered Lotus’
successful Management Development Programs held at Babson College and in Europe.
